SRH Serbia aims to improve people’s quality of life by providing and campaigning for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) through advocacy and services, especially for poor and vulnerable people.

Since 2002, the year of foundation, SRH Serbia aims to improve the quality of life of individuals by providing and campaigning for reproductive health and rights (SRHR) through advocacy and services, especially for poor and vulnerable people.

We are committed to working in partnership with communities, governments, other organizations and donors, towards the achievement of social, educational and reproductive rights, as well as the improvement of provision of services on local and national level. As part of the international environment, SRH Serbia is also devoted to the aligning of national legislation with international documents ratified by our country. SRH Serbia is a Member Association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF.org), the largest globally connected network in the sphere of reproductive health and rights.

SRH Serbia, as a leading non-governmental organization (NGO) in the field of reproductive health and rights, social rights and education has, for over 14 years, initiated and lunched various long lasting programs related to the preventive, educational and social activities and access to wide spectrum of services, some of them running for 10 years now, involving outreach activities for young population in general, refugees, migrants, returnees and persons with disability as a vital part of reproductive rights scope and reach, Peer education in schools, Roma social and educational mediators, Roma young women, as well as numerous advocacy programs dealing with international and domestic framework while putting special attention onto networking among NGO who share the same or similar topic.

SRH Serbia offices are based in Belgrade and our activities are run by a Program and Administrative staff as well as Executive director. Our work is overseen by an Executive Board, comprised of five (5) devoted individuals, eager to get involved in the sphere of human rights with respect to reproductive rights and freedoms. An ultimate decision-making body is the General Assembly, which meets once per year and is comprised of members of the organization and volunteers who contribute to the overall performance of our organization.
